Manager Jay did not help him so he left and went back the next day to speak with Manager Alberto. My dad again was trying to get help from Manager Alberto when Manager Jay started to speak with Manager Alberto in Spanish Fluently about why he didn’t help him the day before. My dad felt very disrespected from both Managers when he couldn't get helped and by the way he was treated from both Managers. My dad decided to not buy the parts from this Autozone and went to Oreillys on MLK where Marcus helped him buy the rotors and brake pads he needed with excellent customer service.
