The two ladies working behind the food counter at 9:16am on 2-20-2026 should conduct themselves professionally. I don’t usually play the race card, but I feel that in this case it was a contributing factor.

Been coming to this pilot for the last 3-4 years never had any issues till tonight. Was parked along the curb of the truck stop like everybody else has done every night and day that I’ve been there and it never seemed to be a problem before. Well tonight I ran my clock down to 30 mins of drive time so I whipped in there because the chevron across the street was also full. And parked behind other trucks that were along the edge as well. Put up my shades and had been parked for roughly an hr. Till what I guess was a manager came to tell me that I couldn’t park there this wasn’t a parking lot this was a driveway and told me if I wanted to stay for me to pay the “VIP” parking. Why would I pay if I was already parked not bothering a soul. Was told to leave, tired and out of hrs. Doesn’t seem like a safe thing for a driver to do but it’s that or get the cops called on me. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

So I stopped to get fuel and I needed air in my tires needless to say there was only one hose that was working or the end of it was any kind of good and unfortunately all it did was let the air out of my tire if you're going to have a hose that's going to put me on a flat then you might need to prepare to pay for it it's sad all the money that y'all make off the truck drivers and you can't provide the basic simplest of things

So today I came to this pilot and I went there. I took a shower bought my food. I brought some business then I went to park on the side next to a curve and yes, there was parking, but it was only reserved and in total there was 50 parking spots. The only ones were available was the reserved ones. I’m not gonna pay money for that so I parked on the side and as a trucker and I know for a fact, other fellow truckers know that we always park on the side and where I was parked there was four trucks behind me that was parked so I wasn’t the only one and then this owner comes up to me that she’s saying she’s the owner and being rude and telling me that I’ve been watching you for 30 minutes. I think you did your break now you can move and park at a reserve parking so I don’t disturb you or you can leave and I was like wow this is what I get for bringing business to you like I spent almost $45 there it’s still a business and I brought business and this is what I get move my truck like not just me, but for any other trucker that you guys see on the road put some respect on their damn names cause we’re the ones who bring business to you guys specially those major gas stations and I will be telling my fellow truckers that I know to not to come here and bring you a damn business
