  I rarely leave reviews—good or bad—unless the service is truly exceptional or a complete disaster. This one is over-the-top positive because Wowco Equipment Co. in Baytown delivered exceptional service that saved me major headaches (and potentially thousands in repairs). My Kubota tractor and backhoe attachment sat untouched for 5 months at another dealership in Sealy, TX. When I finally got it back, they claimed it was "fixed," but the issues persisted. I called around and described the symptoms to several places. Wowco said it sounded like a failing part based on my description and happily agreed to take a look—no hesitation. I hauled everything over with the Sealy service notes in hand. Right from check-in, the team was welcoming: Charlotte and Ally at the service desk greeted me warmly and even offered donuts. Robert (shop foreman) reviewed my paperwork, grabbed technician Cody, and we headed out to inspect the machine. On the way outside, manager Wade introduced himself and took the notes to review. While testing the equipment, Wade came running out and told us to shut the tractor down. After reading the Sealy notes, Wade immediately spotted the problem: they'd used the wrong hydraulic fluid (AW-46 instead of Kubota's specified Super UDT or Super UDT2). He ordered a full drain and refill with the correct fluid, plus a check of the system. I hadn't even made it home when Robert called: during the drain, they discovered the hydraulic filters were just loose enough to suck air. The combo of wrong fluid + loose filters was almost certainly causing my issues and could have led to catastrophic pump or hydraulic damage. They fixed it that day. The next morning, Wade and Robert met me to test everything together—the problems were gone. Problem solved thanks to Wade's sharp eye and the team's thoroughness. Attention to detail like this is rare. Thank you to Wade, Robert, Cody, Charlotte, and Ally—you've earned my loyalty and my business for life. If you're in southeast Texas and need Kubota service, go to Wowco. They know their stuff and genuinely care about getting it right. Highly recommend—5 stars aren't enough!

  I had an excellent experience purchasing my Kubota U10-5 mini excavator. Walter was a fantastic salesman from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and thoroughly went over all of the Kubota warranty details so I knew exactly what I was getting. There was zero pressure—just honest, knowledgeable help. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free buying experience, and I couldn’t be happier with the machine.   Brought my family in with me they made us feel Right at home . Me and Grandpa were greeted right way , our seals associate Jonathan spoke with us and treated us like we’ve known each other for years . The business was very quick and helpful with explaining everything I needed to know. Can’t see myself going any other place for anything tractor or side-by-side related.
