  Took my Tahoe for coolant leakage, they ran two tests $160. I had extended warranty so they said I needed new water pump. The cost? $2,163 for a water pump replacement. I talked to my warranty dept and they claimed this place was charging wayy too much. 7 hours for water pump replacement. YouTube says a DIY’er could do it in 2-4 hours. Upcharge is there way of doing it I guess. Won’t be back.

  I can’t say enough good things about this company, their knowledge and outstanding customer service! My son referred me as they had taken exceptional care of their vehicles so when we both ended up having our automobiles in the shop at he same time they went out of their way to accommodate us both, providing loaners that we couldn’t have gone without. They not only kept me up to date on everything, they made sure I understood exactly what had happened and then provided warranty on their work which is unheard of! The way they take care of you makes you feel like they are family members that you can trust, so I never felt taken advantage of because I’m a female which has happened in other shops unfortunately. I highly recommend this shop for all your automobile repairs! Bravo!!!

  As a towing and roadside assistance provider, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a lot of different auto repair shops across the area, and Safe Auto Repair has consistently stood out to me. I regularly drop customers off there after breakdowns or roadside issues, and every experience I’ve had with their team has been smooth and professional. From my perspective, communication and efficiency matter a lot—especially when you’re coordinating with customers who are already dealing with a stressful situation. The staff at Safe Auto Repair are always organized, respectful, and quick to get vehicles checked in so I can get back on the road without unnecessary delays. That kind of consistency makes a big difference in my line of work. While I haven’t personally had my own vehicle serviced there, I pay close attention to customer feedback, and I can say that many of the people I’ve towed there speak highly of their experience. It’s reassuring to see customers leave feeling confident about where their vehicle is being handled. Overall, Safe Auto Repair has proven to be a reliable and professional shop from a logistical and customer service standpoint. Based on my ongoing experience bringing customers there, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a dependable repair facility.

  2004 Toyota Sienne $200 for troubleshoot(was fair and accurate) $890 for remanufactored starer to be replaced. They upcharged the remanufactored starter to $354. The rest was labor. They wanted to charge me $1400 to replace dual heater core feeds. Two 5/8" t-connectors that had deteriored, causing rapid fluid loss. Good catch on the troubleshoot. These are located in the same engine bay cavity as the starter is located. I asked them to just bypass with a U for now. They quoted $900 for the bypass. Day three, waiting on parts for bypass is the excuse that I received at the end of the day after hearing nothing back. I told them I'm would do it after going back and forth about the labor being ridiculously priced. Pay for the work, have to ckme back next day because the guy with the keys to the gate was gone when I arrived. I fixed my own car with a Doorman bypass kit in less that 30 minutes in their parking lot. It was 10 minites to remove air box and MAF sensor housing. I checked the starter install, becaus e it is right there when you take the airbox off. 10 minutes to double check routing of hoses. 10 minutes to clean out debris from cooling system hoses and replace with new barb fittings and hose clamps. This is a dirty glove facility. Be aware.
