  Very bad experience in my last car wash. I had my rearview mirror broken and they don't want to take care of the damage. Plus a few scratches. I don't recommend it so they don't have a bad experience like the one I went through.

  Had a 5 star review because they were giving out free stuff for a good review but after about a month of use I've decided to cancel. The vacuum hoses to me don't seem to have enough slack to use and move around. I've had 2 different times where I'm in the area and try to use and they're shut down for an issue. Also it ripped the license plate off my wifes small suv. I didn't notice until I got home and when I stopped by to see if they had it one of the guys said they had 3 boxes full of them lol. So I guess that's an issue there. I've been to different car washes (bucces my favorite so far) and haven't had an issue with that. I guess I'll stick to other car washes. The people that work there are friendly so I can say that, and the wash is decent.

  Great job. Love this place. Wash is really good. Tire shine is good. The air compressor is awesome. Blows all the dust and dirt out of all the he nooks and crannies. Towels are a little bit stinky,so I use my own. I see workers checking on the suction of the vacuums. And the workers are emptying out the trash often. Area to dry and vacuum is a tad dirty. Hard to get back into your car and not have mud on your shoes. But that's my only "complaint". Workers are friendly. Big smiles. Asking if you need anything. Love this location. Easy to get into.

  I came to the newest Quick Quack Car Wash location in Baytown for their grand opening, and Brittany provided awesome customer service. She was very attentive, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Because of her help, I ended up getting the Best Wash membership with ceramic. I strongly recommend this location. The experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Unfortunately, my experience at the Tidal Wave location in Baytown was the complete opposite—lots of hassle and very poor customer service from the manager and another employee who was scrubbing cars. It was the worst service I’ve had at a car wash. If you’re in Baytown, I definitely suggest coming to Quick Quack instead!
