  I came here to put a patch on my tire that was flat I drive a Tesla and they acted like it was a spaceship that they couldn’t work on. Very confused I left and went up the street to a little place that couldn’t speak English they recognized what I was driving as a car and fix the tire

  I had a great experience at NTB. I needed a new tire, and the customer service was outstanding. The person who helped me, China, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and easy. She was patient with all my questions and ensured I found exactly what I needed. Highly recommend NTB for their excellent service!

  Very dissatisfied with the service, first and last time I go to NTB. I purchased tires online from Goodyear and NTB was the only local shop that was on their website to install them so I booked an appointment with them. I got to my appointment on time and there was no one in the front desk and it took a long time for them to get to my car, overall about two hours. When I got got my car back I looked at the new tires on the driver side and noticed the rims were scratched. After inspecting the other side I noticed all four had been scratched around the edges. I reported it right away but all they did was take pictures and said it would be reported to management. Once I got inside I noticed the employees carelessly threw everything out of the glove compartment and didn't put it back, I pressume to find wheel lock which they never even asked me for. Also the stearing wheel was greasy and tire pressure light was on. I went to Discount Tire the next day and they filled up the tires to the right pressure, all four were off. I will definetly go back to Discount Tire in the future.

  I had a great experience at NTB thanks to China! She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything about my car and made sure I was taken care of. Customer service like this is hard to find, definitely recommend asking for China if you visit NTB!

  I had a great experience at NTB National Tire, thanks to China. She was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I felt welcomed and took the time to clearly explain the services and options available to me. China went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that I was comfortable with the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but she definitely does. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend asking for China if you visit NTB National Tire. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
