  The Baytown, N. Main location is the best hands down. They made everything work smoothly, everyone was very friendly & helpful. Painless process getting a rental due to insurance issues on the other party that hit my car. I’m a forever Enterprise customer. And i appreciate each employee at that location that I have been in contact with.

  Called to make a reservation but had some questions about pickup which no one could seem to answer. I was transferred to a main reservations line where this receptionist was helpful and booked me for my reservation with pickup. After waiting 30 minutes on hold to be transferred back to the location to schedule my pickup I was told they 1) don't have the car type I reserved, and 2) don't do pickup on the weekends. This is extremely frustrating given the time spent making the reservation just to find out they could not honor what I had booked. When asking if there were any other options to accommodate me, they were not willing to upgrade the car type or do anything for the inconvenience.
