However, upon arrival, I was informed of a mandatory $500 calibration fee that was not disclosed during the initial quoting process. When I questioned this additional charge and asked if I could proceed with only the glass replacement, I was told my order would be canceled and that they would no longer do business with me. Following this, I attempted to contact the corporate office for assistance but was met with an unhelpful response and the call was disconnected. I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism shown.

I had to call and complain because the wording on the paperwork was cryptic and another tech had to come out the next day to install the wipers. The techs were unable to calibrate the windshield to my trucks sensors and now I'm forced to deal with my insurance company and ANOTHER shop to handle the calibration. I was understood the Safelite was a one stop shop. And lastly the techs scratched my hood. I was told that there is a pre inspection report but no one informed me to be on site with them when the techs did their walk around of my truck. So I have no clue what was damaged and who is at fault. I am very disappointed and displeased with Safelite service. This is a nationwide company that turns a blind eye when there is a situation out of their scope of work. I was told to go to the dealership to get my truck calibrated and I'm questioning who is paying for that service which was supposed to be included in the Safelite service.
