- JSJennifer ScheeDec 8, 20251.0My husband got a new truck and the next day something hit his windshield and made a softball sized hole. We had it replaced through this location. There was a leak at the top and of course it poured the following days and the interior of the truck got wet and smelled. We made an appointment to go back, the appointment was delayed due to someone being late. The windshield got fixed and we were told what it was and that it was their fault. I asked Nicole who was there at the time if they could reimburse us for the cleaning of the interior we will need due to the smell. She said to send her the invoice and she would see what she could do. I sent it, checked in and she said it was submitted. I checked back a month or so later and she told me she was no longer in that store and had gone some other place in the company and couldn't check on it (all of this is via text) I called the company and couldn't get a straight answer. I feel someone dropped the ball here. It wasn't our fault there was a mishap in the installation and I feel you should have reimbursed us something for the cleaning. Hate to leave bad reviews but I have waited months and your company does not feel the need to reach back out.

However, upon arrival, I was informed of a mandatory $500 calibration fee that was not disclosed during the initial quoting process. When I questioned this additional charge and asked if I could proceed with only the glass replacement, I was told my order would be canceled and that they would no longer do business with me. Following this, I attempted to contact the corporate office for assistance but was met with an unhelpful response and the call was disconnected. I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of professionalism shown.
