  I had a great experience at NTB National Tire, thanks to China. She was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, she made sure I felt welcomed and took the time to clearly explain the services and options available to me. China went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and that I was comfortable with the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service, but she definitely does. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend asking for China if you visit NTB National Tire. She made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

  I have been with NTB since 2018 and have always loved the service. Even though it is now owned by Mavis, the customer service is still excellent. It always a pleasure dealing with China, Redd and Justice at the front desk. Scott, the mechanic, went above and beyond to bring my baby (2013 Kia Optima) which had a complex mechanical issue and she is running like new 🙌🏿. Highly recommend NTB now Mavis Baytown for your vehicle’s needs.

  The people that work here are super friendly and are very knowledgeable about tires. If you have any wait time no worries. China & Redd will keep you in the loop and chat with you as well. I enjoyed my overall experience very much.

  I had a great experience here. Redd was the person who helped me, and he was very professional, honest, and helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain what was going on with my brakes and made sure I understood the work that needed to be done. The staff was friendly, the service was straightforward, and everything was handled in a timely manner. It’s always a good feeling when you can trust the people working on your vehicle. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I appreciate the good customer service. Thanks again to Redd and the team for taking care of my Expedition.
