- GLGabe LakeyNov 1, 20251.0Rant, train your people. This one star review doesn’t come from a place of hate, but to hopefully encourage training. I brought my truck here for an alignment after new tires, it’s a solid axle truck. In adjustment, only two areas can be adjusted (or should be for my situation), toe by way of that tie rod, and steering wheel by way of the drag link. The guy doing my alignment had the truck on and off the rack 6 times with 5 test drives over 1.5hrs and ultimately said he couldn’t align it because he couldn’t get the steering wheel straight… they charged me, then refunded when I asked for the alignment print out realizing they shouldn’t have charged me. I asked to talk to the tech so I knew what he had done, I realized the issue and in frustration took my keys and left. He was trying to straighten the steering wheel while still on the turn plates, he was never going to get there. I went home and fixed it myself in 5 mins in my shop on solid ground, but I wanted to pay and avoid having to do so myself. My point to all this, TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE. And let them know if they don’t know what’s up, ask for help. Pretty sure I saw him googling what to do. Not a dig on the guy, he should’ve just asked for help, I would’ve helped. If you know nothing about cars and can’t resolve yourself, don’t go here. Also wanted to charge $180 because of a leveling kit… overpriced.
