    The employees were very helpful and friendly. I did not have to wait for my rental, it was ready when I arrived. I added another driver at a second location, and they were very helpful. I went into another rental location on my trip to extend my rental, and found them to be just as friendly and helpful. I needed to extend my rental more than once. This was done over the phone in a number of minutes each time. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

    The first vehicle I got smelled terrible like there was a dead animal in the undercarriage or something. The second vehicle I got had issues with the key fob and eventually the car would not recognize the key fob. I changed the batteries and it still would not work. Enterprise sent a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle. There were a few items in the vehicle when it was towed off. I filled out claims for those items. However, I do not believe I will hear anything about them or be contacted regarding the items.
