    Excellent experience and customer service provided by Lauren. She was kind and considerate enough to even give me a ride back home saving me money on an uber. The pick up and drop off was under five minutes both times and it was a seamless process.

    The service was great and no issues with the branch. However as a company I think being up front with consumers at time of making reservation about any and all fees (deposit holds) would be be a good step towards better satisfaction. Some folks travel with limited resources and when an additional $300-400 "hold" on a credit card wasn't planned on it could negatively impact the consumer. Not sure why these fees aren't openly disclosed at the time of making a reservation. Just a thought.

    10/10. The staff here is amazing. They all have good attitudes, willing to help in anyway, get to you immediately. Very attentive. This was my first experience using this Baytown location and they exceeded my expectations. I’d recommend them to anyone.
