  If you’re looking for the best AutoZone customer service in Baytown, go to the AutoZone on Park Street and ask for Maddox. When my car broke down, he quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and even went out of his way to help me communicate the situation to my boss. That’s next-level service. I came back about three weeks later for something else and Maddox delivered the same exceptional help — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring about customers. Hands down the best AutoZone employee in Baytown.
