  I went in last night. March 17 2026 Talk to the store manager, ask for some windshield wiper blades. Very simple request. He looked up my year make model offer me a few choices. Then, told me if I were to purchase the rain X I'd get $15 off. I was very specifically. Do I get $15 off today? Or $15 off mail in rebate . He said, no, today. Then, he went to ring up the items and it did not take off the $15 when I asked about the $15. He told me that I misunderstood him and that I could leave the store. Quit the I wasn't rude disrespectful. I never even raised my tone. The other employee was sitting there on the floor looking at his phone, laughing like it was funny. So maybe they were high they wete actung odd , and they wanted me to leave.You might want to look into the video from yesterday. So took my business to oreilys they were happy to help me did it with a smile. And even help me put the wiper blades if I was a manager, I'd be looking into who this person is. So that we can see why you're losing a $100 customers as they walk in. Thank you for making it easy for me who to choose if I need a part

  My battery was dying and I had to go to work. I went to this store and their employee took the time to remove my old battery, put in new battery allowing me to make it to work on time. I really appreciate his time and effort

  On a family road trip and stopped by Buccees for snacks only to return to a dead battery. Was able to jump start and swing by autozone. Store manager (Gerald) quickly verified battery was no good, found warranty information and changed it in my truck before my family even noticed. Much appreciated customer service around the holiday time.
