    Kellie is my FAVORITE! Extremely knowledgeable, very helpful. They didn’t have something I needed, and she gave me a great alternative. Also, I had no idea that AutoZone had a rewards program and she got me signed up and she was so fast and answered every question I had. I ended up buying extra stuff. Every time I come to this location, I am greeted with smiles, Their customer service is phenomenal.

    Purchased a battery from them with a 5-year warranty. Start having issues within a year. Their tester claims that the battery passed. Manager of this facility refused to help honor the warranty and sent me to the dealership. I take the vehicle to the dealership and their electrical inspection indicates that the battery is weak. So now I am down double the cost.

    Connor was great help. My mom had car trouble and was honestly pretty stressed, because she was going to take a 20 hour trip! But he helped us and completely turned our day around. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. I’m so grateful for the help!
