When I first called the main enterprise number I had a lot of trouble with it. They said they made the reservation, but it never happened. I went in that morning expecting my car and she had no record of the reservation. She set me up a reservation same day. I called the main number a few hours later, and they said once again that there was a change and the car is now ready. I showed up and it was during the lunch break of the store and I then had to sit there for a while waiting for a while.

They did not make sure that I had a vehicle instead they told me I had to wait until somebody brought one back and then they would call me. Apparently at this location, reservations do not matter.
