  Tried to charge me $289 to rent a car Saturday night, and drop it off at the airport Sunday morning (less than 8 hours). I just did not want to have to rely on an early morning Uber. But you guys take all the convenience out of renting and just go wild with the fees.

  Great place. I’ve rented 3+ vehicles here and the staff is consistently great to work with. They’ve even picked me up and dropped me off when needed. Always polite, kind, thoughtful, easy to work with, and professional.

  I had an amazing experience working with Alley Gonzalez at Enterprise! From start to finish, she made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful and got me into a seriously bad-ass car that I absolutely loved. What really stood out to me was her professionalism. As I was returning the vehicle, there was a customer speaking to her very rudely, and despite that, Alley remained calm, respectful, and composed the entire time. She handled the situation with grace and never let it affect her service. It’s not often you come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely kind under pressure. Alley is a true professional, and because of her, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

  I don't understand how Jessica is the manager of this branch. She is rude and not willing to help her customers. We booked a reservation a day in advance for a standard SUV. They called earlier on the day of my pickup to confirm that I was still picking up my reserved vehicle. I told them I was on my way but running late and would be there before they close. I got to the rental location and she took all of my info and charged my card for the rental before telling me my only car options are a compact SUV, a sedan or a minivan. I tell her none of those will work and that I want the car I reserved. She told me I had no options. My husband became upset and told Jessica she needed to fix it. She told him no and that she would no longer help us with a rental. We ended up driving to the airport and renting from Budget Rent A Car. We also asked for a Managers email and she gave us a fake email address. I checked my credit card that evening and there was a $1550 hold for the rental that never happened. I will never understand how Enterprise allows someone like this to be a manager and treat customers like this. How do you fix something like this Enterprise?

  The employees are very nice but that’s about it. This location never has sufficient cars to meet the client’s demand. I’ve gotten over charged several times after returning my vehicle and it seems like emerald/platinum status doesn’t mean anything here. I was offered a laughable, $8 discount for all the mishaps. Then they told me I can drive into Austin to get a better vehicle after telling him I was driving 4 hours in the opposite direction; zero help. I wish there was another major car rental company in the area.
