Upon contacting their customer service, I expected a straightforward resolution to the issue. However, I was met with unhelpful and unresponsive representatives. They offered no explanation for the additional charge and simply brushed off my concerns. This lack of transparency and poor customer service left me feeling frustrated and betrayed. I followed their policy by returning the truck with a full tank, yet I was still penalized with a hefty fee. This experience has eroded my trust in Penske.
- JJJC JCJun 19, 20231.0Brakes failed. They forgot my hand truck. The a/c didn’t work well. Tried to roll down the window the knob broke off. 100+ weather outside. Dealt with it because I was raised here and work outside and had to get the moving done. After I loaded up the storage unit which is on the side of a highway the brakes failed because of the cylinder. Guy also said they might’ve put the wrong fluid in it because it was close to another fluid. I almost hit cars going about 80mph because it failed. I’m so thankful I didn’t hurt anyone. Or myself and passenger.
