Took 3 vehicles to Jiffy Lube today and Aubrey did a fantastic job. Good to see someone who is thorough and caring. Usually change my own oil and just was too damn lazy today. Thanks Aubrey I’ll be back!

I love going to the Bastrop location. The gentleman that work there are always helpful with questions, suggestions, not to mention extremely quick. They won't waste your time or your money.

Great service but they barely screwed my oil filter in and lost a lot of oil because they didn’t install it properly. Luckily after multiple YouTube video sessions I was able to fix the issue. Oil filter needed another crank and no more oil leakage.

Run away from this place. I gave them three chances and all were bad. First time, did not tighten the drain plug correctly and there was a puddle of oil in my driveway right afterwards. Second time, installed a battery and did not replace the cover to top of battery. I did not notice it till a week later and of course it was nowhere to be found. Third and final time, left and only a few miles down the road my skid plate came crashing down on Hwy 71 getting mangled and destroyed in the process. Could have been a coincidence but considering past troubles i doubt it.

1 star for lack of knowledge and/or experience in their trade. My wife took our 2024 Santa Fe XRT in for its first oil change since purchasing it from the dealership. The service team told her they couldn’t remove the oil drain plug and didn’t want to attempt it further for fear of breaking it. A few days later, I noticed that the metal skid plate was missing. I contacted the manager, who asked me to bring the vehicle in. He insisted on checking under the vehicle himself and claimed the skid plate was still intact. I disagreed and showed him photos of the metal skid plate, explaining that he was confusing it with the underbody cloth splash guard. After showing more photos and clarifying the difference, he admitted that they looked around the shop and found nothing resembling the metal skid plate. It’s unfortunate that I now have to pay out of pocket to replace the part. While I understand that mistakes happen and parts can occasionally be misplaced, I can’t overlook the lack of knowledge and apparent lack of care shown during this experience. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this location to others.
