  Guillermo is so friendly and awesome! Most people are just sounding like they can't get through the day. I like someone up beating positive. If you need parts, ask for him!

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at an AutoZone. The employee who assisted me—an older bald man wearing a black back support belt—was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in assisting a customer. He never asked what oil I needed and immediately tried to push a cheap option I did not request. After I clearly stated I needed Mobil 1, he wasted my time by sending me twice to look for items he already knew were out of stock. This was not a misunderstanding; it was poor service and lack of professionalism. I was close to leaving without buying anything. With service like this, it’s impossible to recommend this AutoZone. I will be taking my business to O’Reilly instead.

  My husband called AutoZone. Spoke with Alex and placed order for pick up. Alex was super helpful and even helped me loading up.
