    went to this Advance Auto Parts to buy a specific part for my truck ,gave them the exact model and details, but they sold me the wrong part. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I opened the box to check it, and when I went back to return it after about 10 minutes of the buy, they told me they couldn’t take it back because it was opened. I understand policies are in place, but it’s frustrating since the mistake wasn’t mine. I expected better customer service and a bit more flexibility in resolving the issue. — I won’t be coming back.

    There’s a reason why parking lot is always empty! This store is full of people who don’t have a damn clue about parts and absolutely zero customer service skills! Back when Shelly was GM and keeshaw was running commercial it was a great store and you had to know parts to work there now they will hire anyone who can spell there name

    Dean was so courteous and kind. Upon my arrival, he immediately came to my car to test my battery, was very helpful during the purchase process, and had the new battery installed in a matter of minutes. This is the type of quality customer service I have received in past visits at Advanced Auto and Dean definitely didn’t disappoint. Thank you so much!!!
