    I truly wanted to give this place a 5-star review because the overall experience was solid and the two Spanish guys were on point with customer interaction. Unfortunately, I’m leaving 3 stars due to one front-desk employee (girl) who was unnecessarily rude to my husband and had a soul reaching stare, without any clear reason. No smiles, no hello, just cold shoulder treatment. We generally give people the benefit of the doubt...everyone has off days...but this was early in the morning and we were likely among the first customers, which made the interaction even more surprising. Customer-facing roles set the tone for the entire experience, and bringing personal emotions into the workplace can create an unwelcoming and hostile atmosphere, even when the business itself is doing everything else right. A brief team check-in or reminder around professionalism and tone could go a long way. Small interactions matter, and respectful service makes customers feel valued, not tolerated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because this place has the potential to be a consistent 5-star experience.

    They refuse to warranty my car battery without me taking it out of my car and leaving it with them overnight. Can't exactly drive my car without a battery, thats a wild way to avoid honoring a warranty. I'll be taking my buisness to another company permenantly.

    The general manager named Dean provided the worst service I've ever experienced and obvious inconsistencies on how he runs things. I highly encourage you to avoid this place as long as he is employed there. And read the other reviews are there people mentioned similar experiences specifically by name.

    went to this Advance Auto Parts to buy a specific part for my truck ,gave them the exact model and details, but they sold me the wrong part. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize it until I opened the box to check it, and when I went back to return it after about 10 minutes of the buy, they told me they couldn’t take it back because it was opened. I understand policies are in place, but it’s frustrating since the mistake wasn’t mine. I expected better customer service and a bit more flexibility in resolving the issue. — I won’t be coming back.

    There’s a reason why parking lot is always empty! This store is full of people who don’t have a damn clue about parts and absolutely zero customer service skills! Back when Shelly was GM and keeshaw was running commercial it was a great store and you had to know parts to work there now they will hire anyone who can spell there name
