  I took my 10 year old Lexus in 5 months ago for brake pads and an oil change. They inspected the pads and said mine could go a few more months. Today I took the car in again; again they said the pads still had decent thickness and the rotors were still in good shape. My point in all this is that they could have taken me for an expensive “ride” ( and sadly, many places would have). This is an honorable place. The people there are kind and attentive and my hat is off to Burt, Charlie and Brittney. Will H, Lantana

  I brought my old car in with a tricky braking issue and Burt was determined to figure out was wrong and fix it. He went above and beyond with his service and the car works great now. Thanks Burt!

  I just found my new car repair facility. My experience was totally awesome! I was overdue to replace the spark plugs on my SUV. I did a little research to get an idea what the cost was going to be. I found one website that provided some really good estimates. I called this facility and had a good discussion with, I believe, owner or manager and I questioned the initial estimate, but he was quick to state he would match other quotes. I mentioned the website I found and we were able to reach an agreement on the cost. I made an appointment to drop the SUV off early Saturday morning, but I needed a ride home, which was about 10 minutes away. They have an arrangement with Lyft to provide transportation, but there is a nominal fee for this service. My SUV is 7 years old now, so one thing I was expecting was a call to upsell me into other repairs, which happens at way too many repair shops. So when they called and said my SUV was ready, I was pleasantly surprised I had not received the expected call. This place has earned my trust! This coming from a guy who was a mechanic early on in his work history. These guys are in a great location.

  The crew at the Bartonville location are "Top-notch". Always friendly and professional. Britton runs a clean "ship" and Charlie is always upbeat even when it gets really busy. Today they did a great job and turn my vehicle around quickly. Thank you y'all.

  I want to be fully fair on this review. I went in because I saw a discount online saying conventional oil change for 24.95 after coupon applied. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and checked in. The guy told me that it would be synthetic oil used. I told him I wanted conventional oil. He said that was a bad idea for newer cars (mine is 6 yrs old) and was surprised my other place used that. He gave me a full speech on needing to use synthetic oil. I explained I work from home and barely drive like 50 miles a week. I basically got mechanic bullied into synthetic. I know I could have just left and maybe I should have but I didn't. They did the job correctly though and were otherwise friendly enough. Also, he did apply the coupon to the synthetic so it went from 85 to 65 making it about 75 out the door after fees and taxes. Take that experience for what it is worth.
