  I ordered an item from this shop, and even after a week, it still hasn't arrived. They told me it would be here the next day, but when I went back to the shop, they said it hadn't arrived and asked me to wait another day. After waiting another day, I called them to ask if my order was ready, and they told me the company hadn't sent the item yet. Their customer service is also very poor.

  Took my battery to get checked. 1/2/26 6:40 pm young man on his phone and talking to me at the same time. Very unprofessional left my battery so he can charge it so I went to the store and came back 30 min later and my battery was still sitting on the counter as soon as he seen me he decided to take it to get charged now had to wait even longer for it.

  The Autozone wasn't bad at all wait time was like 10 minutes but it was cool easy accessibility and the worker helped out alot straight to the point and even played a video to help me with my part to help explain how to do the procedure. Will go again
