  Online tools provided by the business indicated a 10 minute wait. It took an hour to get into the bay. Workers were courteous, but their process is slow and they are actively selling services other than “Instant Oil Change” which is posted everywhere on the building. Just don’t be in a hurry if you are going here.

  Giovanni was a great person to have. He knows a lot about Hyundai. Made a chore feel like a human experience, every time I go to this Valvoline the mechanics are quick kind and genuinely hard working. They don't pressure you to change filters just seem to care about making sure the car will last. Wish they had more fans cause Texas is brutal right now.

  Two technicians helped me and they were fantastic. From moving me to a lane so I would be next because I got in the wrong lane, setting the expectations because an oil change component was inoperable and they’d have to do things manually, to ensuring they informed me of what they were doing, the multipoint check and ensuring consent. Everyone was professional, kind and I would recommend this location.

  Had a great experience here-this location really stands out. Xander, the manager, went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. While they were working on my oil change, he actually went to AutoZone himself to pick up the parts needed for my battery terminal. That level of effort and ownership is rare. They handled everything quickly, didn’t make the situation awkward, and didn’t try to upsell or complicate anything. Just straightforward, honest service. What really impressed me was that they took care of the issue without hesitation and made sure I left taken care of-with zero hassle. I live very close to another Valvoline location, but I’ll gladly go out of my way to come to this one. They’ve earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend this team.
