  The team at Valvoline on Bilbrook is always friendly and efficient. Tanner helped with my oil change yesterday and went above and beyond — he showed me my cabin air filter in person so I could see exactly why it needed replacing, and walked me through everything being done to my car. The whole visit was quick and I never had to leave my vehicle. Fair price, great service. I’ll be back for my next oil change and would highly recommend this location!

  First time service for TX State emissions test. Went on a weekday afternoon, very short wait. Crew super friendly. You stay in your car and our tech, Mark, was great about advising what he was doing each step and respectful of personal space when he needed access inside the vehicle.

  This is my third visit with Valvoline and I’m totally sold. They nail the oil change, they actually look at my vehicle’s history on their software, they catch things I need (like a new rear view wiper and battery), install them quickly, and they explain everything so that I can understand. They offer tire rotations and a multipoint inspections too. So happy I stopped going to the dealership, where they never delivered.

  Called to see if they could do an emissions inspection. Was told to bring it over they will be there till 7:00. Arrived, was told by Gavin, the assistant manager, they were no longer inspecting today. Told him I just called. They said I talked to a call center not the location. Words can’t describe my frustration. Patronize this place if you want but don’t expect good service. I was there April 2, 2026 at 5:30 pm, an hour and a half before closing. Gave them two stars so the review’s not dropped…actually they deserve none.

  I had such a great experience here that I felt like I had to leave a review. I came in for an oil change, and despite there being cars ahead of me, they got everything done in about 30 minutes. The service was quick, efficient, and super well-organized. What really stood out to me, though, was how they treated someone else while I was there. A woman with a disability had a flat tire, and even though she wasn’t there for service, the team came out, spoke with her, helped coordinate a tow truck, and made sure she was taken care of. They didn’t try to turn it into a sale or business opportunity—they just genuinely helped someone in need. That kind of kindness and integrity says everything about this place. It’s rare to see customer service like that anymore. Highly recommend.
