  They cancelled my appointment day of because of their inability to be at my location at the time I requested 3 days in advance. I was able to request another appointment for the same time and a different technician came out promptly and serviced my vehicle. Overall, way too much headache, but it finally got done.

  Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He communicated thoroughly throughout. Was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He was the best part of my SafeLite experience.

  Best service!! Easy to get an appointment!! Fast service! Friendly technician!! Had our windshield replaced! They replaced with the same as before. He was even able to recalibrate it. Awesome!

  Always courteous and respectful and honest. Our tech explained what some common issues with our specific make and model could experience to ensure we were well informed and had realistic expectations. While the arrival was delayed due to unusual circumstances, we are still satisfied with using Safelite for the 3rd time.

  Very easy, very convenient. My tech did very thorough job replacing and recalibrating my windshield and sensors. Insurance process was very smooth as well. I hope to not need them again, but if I do I will come back.
