- TTTheresaApr 4, 20265.0Hands down the best QT the whole crew the overnight crew especially Gian there's a young lady I always forgive names but literally the whole overnight crew is the best customer service the best we all know customer service is a little bit complicated when you're dealing with a 24-hour store but the employees hear you will never know if they're upset because they always got a smile on their face they are always welcoming not only me but other customers I noticed walk-in I just started working on this end of town and they've been nothing but sweet to me we all know how hard it is to keep clean restrooms their restrooms are always clean I'm never disappointed the kitchen is always clean the food is always hot and fresh I'm big on reviews I did leave a review but I'm assuming it went to all the QT,s I'm pacifically wanted to go to the store because I go to the store every day from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. running back and forth using the restroom and refilling my drink the type of work I do I have to go to the store for my restroom breaks and etc.but overall I just wanted to give them their flowers because it's so hard to find good customer service these days and I appreciate the whole team they are the definition of great customer service

- YGYaya GarciaMar 18, 20263.0Ok QT, please train your staff about cross contamination. I know they're young but that's no excuse. This happened TWICE already. I entered my order and i noticed the kitchen staff mopping. The person stops mopping and starts preparing my order. Without switching gloves or washing hands. I called them out on it. They washed and changed gloves and then prepared my order. The next time I went, the person was wiping the counters, looked at screen that my order was up and started preparing my order. Same gloves, no washing hands. OK I'm done. Both persons were young. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY!!!
