  Jordan and Sydney helped me with my flat tire today and they were both absolutely wonderful! They were very informational, helped me get an up to date warranty and new tire, and were so fun and enjoyable to work with while still being completely professional! Another great time at NTB, and it was wonderful meeting Jordan and Sydney!

  While running errands, I realized I ran over a large screw. With the time constraints I had, I called NTB to see if they could get me in ASAP since Discount Tire quoted me over an hour wait. Jordan was friendly and efficient! He and the techs were able to get it patched and fixed in less than 30 minutes. I appreciate their assistance. Thanks to the crew.

  Went in for an oil change, battery check, and tire rotation, and everything was done without hesitation and very professionally. Waiting room was very clean and quiet. Jordan, who made sure all was done correctly and without delay was great. He explained what I needed and what it cost. I have gone to this location for 20 years and never been disappointed.
