  Nowadays it's hard to find a mechanic with integrity. It's gotten to the point that I'll do everything I can myself before considering a mechanic. And when it's something I genuinely can't do? These are my new go-to guys. Mechanics who are thorough and an owner that will do everything to make it right. That's a quality recipe for sure!

  I cannot recommend this auto shop highly enough!! Especially if you need to have your car worked on and have your kiddos with you :) We went in for catalytic replacements, spark plugs, and an oil change. Ryan, the owner, was down 4 out of 6 techs, so was in the shop doing the work himself, too. My car, having rusted bolts (and who knows what other emotional issues… big baby… 🙄), required a lot more TLC than expected. He worked an hour and a half past closing to get my car fixed and back on the road! Today I came in 30 minutes before closing cause my check engine light had come back on after ~100 miles. He immediately pulled it into the shop, did a couple tests, let me know what was going on, ordered the parts, and will be getting me back in and taken care of tomorrow! (These parts were on the radar for needing changed, not an upscale, and are the MUCH cheaper of the possible needed parts, so I’m happy about that!!) Also, I had my 3 kids with me last time, and they had a great time with all the toys and the 2 very friendly shop cats!

  I would give this dealership zero Stars if possible. I know they may have done well for many many people but he literally ruined my car. I sent my car there zero engine light on but when I picked it up at the engine light was on. They had my car for over a month claiming they have no idea how to fix it. The problem was the battery wasn't charging. When I picked it up with the engine light on he said to drive it 90 miles and it should go off. Which I don't know anything about cars but that already sounded fishy. I drove it just a few miles and all of a sudden my car is dinging super loud so I take it back and they are talking about my water pump is broke and it's going to cost about $2,700 more because some belt broke that I already told him was part of the problem and he declared that it was not the problem at all but apparently this belt broke while I was driving, as he told me to do and now they're saying it's going to cost about $3,000 to fix. Yes my car is older it's a 2012 but it has been working absolutely fine before this. If they did not know how to work on Volkswagens they should have said so from the get-go. His answers kept changing every time I called saying they didn't know for sure what it was and that they're still trying to figure it out. I'm now without a car and I'm sure he's fine with the regular cars but if you have a foreign car a bag of you do not bring it to him he is Young and has absolutely no clue. And he will not own up to his mistake and then also set up a bunch of awful things and said it was my fault for driving it after he told me to drive it.

  Highly recommend. Friendly, clean, refreshments, separate waiting area. Sense of ownership with service & how long it took to service car. I traveled from Lakeway & think it is well worth the drive north.

  Better than ever under new management! "We were loyal customers of Reliable for years, so we were a bit nervous to see the name change when my daughter’s Mazda CX-5 needed front-end work. Those nerves vanished the moment we met the new manager, Ryan. He explained that the previous owner retired and he’s taken the helm—and honestly, the level of service is better than ever. ​Ryan is a breath of fresh air; he explains repairs in plain English and his pricing is incredibly fair. He quoted us a full day for the repair, but had it finished by noon! We were so impressed to learn they also handle inspections and oil changes. I’ve already booked my wife’s car for an AC repair tomorrow. Best customer service I’ve experienced in years. Highly recommend!"
