  I recently had a large piece of metal lodged deep in my tire and was leaking air very fast. I came in late on a Sunday afternoon, expecting not to be remedied until Monday. However, Russ seemed confident to be able to fix it quickly! What stood out most was Russ’s responsiveness, straightforward attitude and genuine commitment to his customers. He wasted no time to bring my vehicle into the shop and thoroughly inspect the damage. Within minutes, he reached out finding the source of the leak, and offered to replace the tire since the puncture was too large for a patch or plug. My vehicle had the new tire installed and ready to picked up in less than an hour! I truly appreciate Russ going above and beyond. Thank you Russ!

  These guys are great! I'm here now, no line and really blown away by the respect and service. In amdnout unless than 30 min with a new tire and they put my spare back on. Highly recommend. Was shocked to see the name change from NTB but way better service than the last time I stopped in under the flag name. They made me feel very appreciated. Nice work yall!

  Russ was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I came in to have some brake issues checked, and he went above and beyond by identifying additional problems I hadn’t noticed. Thanks to his attention to detail, I was able to make the decision to exchange my newly purchased car from carvana. What really stood out was his honesty and integrity - he didn’t charge me anything for the inspection, which I truly appreciated. Experiences like this are rare, and he’s definitely earned my trust and future business. Highly recommend!

  We were traveling from Dallas to our home in Dripping Springs and had a tire issue and stopped at NTB in Waco. Unfortunately this was the worst experience we have ever had at an NTB. It took hours and was told they could not fix the tire and would not work on it do to the age. Tire was about 4 yrs old and had thread, we didn't have a choice and was forced to buy 2 new tires. Would have argued but just wanted to get home, should have never explained to them what happened, they knew they had me. Nobody was there and it took almost 2 hrs for the job. Less than a week later the car was vibrating really bad wife took it to Round Rock NTB and they seemed to know what they were doing and let me know that should have never happened in Waco. They said they fixed it and even drove it and sent me on the way. Unfortunately, the shaking started happening again at higher speed and I took to NTB 290 (Russell, manager). I explained everything to him and he told me he would look over everything and get it fixed and apologized for the experience. He did show me the numbers were way off and what the problem was and he couldn't believe they let us drive off. Thankful for Russell finding the problem and fixing it. He did apologize for the other 2 locations and said you probably didn't need new tires at all. Highly recommend Mavis (Russell) off 290 south and would not send anybody to the other 2 stores. Russell was very apologetic and showed me step by step what they were doing and what they found. Thank you again!!! The 5* is for Mavis off 290 south in Austin, Waco doesn't deserve a star!!

  Russell at Mavis Tires was so helpful when I destroyed one of my tires after running over a nail and then having to drive a ways before I could find a safe place to pull over. I’m a repeat customer because he gave me a price I could afford even though I didn’t buy the warranty last time I got tires here. They work quickly and do a great job! I’ll be back next time I need tire repair or replacement! Thank you, Russ!
