I have a direct contact and have paid for 40 slots that alone took four weeks and now that we’ve paid I am STILL waiting on instructions for the code to be able to pass to my ops team for the promo code they’ll use to park there. HOW is this acceptable?! I dealt with this last year as well. Non responsive have to email, text and call several times for the account’s contact to get back with me and now we are so close to the event and still don’t have info after Prepaying $1k+ I need the info for my team please!
