  I just went in to get a quick emissions check so I could get my registration renewed. The line was short and I didn't mind waiting. The cost for the emissions check was only $ 11.50. The staff could have just ignored me until it was my turn, but instead washed my windows and checked my tire pressure, and then air added to my low tires. It was a nice surprise at no extra cost.

  This Jiffy Lube is the fastest emissions test I’ve ever done, great price and the people here are so fabulous! My car was running ready for me to step into and drive away, all in less than 10 minutes!! I will go here for the rest of my life for any and every car I have.😃

  I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Isaac Sanchez. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. The whole process was quick and efficient, but I never felt rushed. Isaac went above and beyond to make sure my car was in top shape and even pointed out a couple of things to keep an eye on in the future, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service these days, but Isaac definitely stands out. I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location because of him. Highly recommend!

  I came in for a simple oil change on my grandmother's car, which had driven an hour and a half to Austin that morning with zero issues. Within an hour of leaving this Jiffy Lube, the check engine light came on and the car could barely accelerate past 50 mph and was stalling at green lights. I brought the car back and they diagnosed a mass airflow sensor issue. The employees acknowledged the oil pump had gotten stuck during my service and that Spray Nine had been used to clean up, and one employee even said it could be related to the problem. They replaced the air filter (which had gotten wet), tried to reset the check engine light, and ultimately gave me a full refund for my oil change. Nissan has since confirmed the sensor is damaged. Repair cost is going to be $600. My oil change refund was about $100. The staff were pleasant enough, but pleasantness didn't fix the sensor. They were the last people to touch the car, they acknowledged something went wrong during the service, and now my grandmother is driving around with a check engine light on and no way to know if something serious comes up. I was trying to do something nice for her and instead I'm out $500.
