I was told I could not use the 50% coupon but could use the $26 off. I left my car returned back for pick up and was told (after service rendered that i could not use coupon) from Joseph. I told Joseph that was misleading that the young lady stated I could use the coupon, Joseph then said “I dictate what coupon can be used” I work in the customer service industry and this was not taking care of your client. Joseph needs a little more training on Customer Service and not belittling how female co worker, very unprofessional. Will never come back to any jiffy lube. People forget what you do, but never forget how you made them feel.
