One thing that really stood out — the technician actually crawled under my car and personally asked me if I wanted the cabin air filter changed. I’ve been to plenty of places and no one has ever taken that kind of initiative or attention to detail. It showed they really care about doing the job right and keeping the customer informed. Super impressed with the effort and customer service. Definitely earned a 5-star review from me — I’ll be coming back.

- DDDustyMar 20, 20261.0I had my oil changed at this Jiffy Lube before, and my previous experience was good, so I came back. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. After every oil change, I always check the car myself once I get home to make sure everything was put back correctly. This time, I noticed that the skid plate / splash shield under the car was not reinstalled properly, and several screws were missing. I took pictures right away and drove back to Jiffy Lube. On the way there, I could already hear a noise coming from underneath the car. When I arrived and checked again, one of the loose screws had already fallen off somewhere on the road, less than 20 minutes after the oil change. To their credit, they did reinstall several screws when I returned. But the problem is that this should not have happened in the first place. I pay close attention to this area because a friend of mine has the same model car, and after an oil change elsewhere, their skid plate was not installed correctly and ended up dragging on the road. Because of that, I always make a point to inspect it after service. This time, it was obvious that the installation was not done properly. I hope this location takes more care with quality control so this does not happen to someone else.
