  Drove right in after work and got taken care of right away! Quick service and very kind employees. I appreciate the understanding and lack of “pushing” when denying other services. Will definitely come back for my next oil change :)

  Evan at Jiffy Lube was absolutely incredible! So sweet, explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable as a woman who doesn’t usually know what she’s doing with anything car related. Will definitely be back to this location in the future!

  I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube! The service was quick, professional, and very friendly. Noah and Evan especially stood out—they were both super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find great customer service, but they definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  This is the fastest I’ve ever been able to get an oil change in my life. Used to waiting around for at least an hour in most places I’ve been to in Austin, but this Jiffy Lube had me in and out in 20 minutes. They may not be at the same price point as places on Groupon, but time my time is my money, so I was relieved not to wait 1-2 hours. Everyone working there was friendly and kind, they had coupons for discounts on the price they gave me without me having to ask. Plus the manager was able to help me out with a discount on an air filter that desperately needed to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this place if you need quick, efficient, easy and thorough oil change & maintenance services.

  I came in today for an oil change and tire rotation around 1:30 PM. The oil change was done quickly (my receipt shows 1:42), and I was then asked to pull behind another car in a different bay for the tire rotation. Normally when I’ve gone to Jiffy Lube in the past, both services are handled at the same time in the same bay, so this was a little different but no problem. The issue was the lack of communication afterward. I waited about 30 minutes with no update on timing. During that time, I watched two cars receive complete oil changes in the other bay and a third car pull in and start service, while the car in front of me (the one I was asked to pull behind) was still being worked on by a single employee. No one came over to give an estimated wait time or update on how much longer it might take. After sitting there from about 1:42 until 2:15ish with no information, I ended up leaving without getting the tire rotation. A simple update or estimated wait time would have gone a long way so customers know whether to wait or come back later. Friendly guys and oil change was quick & easy but frustrating nonetheless
