Took forever to diagnose it, and then wouldn't release the truck to us unless I paid them over $200 cash on the spot. I'm setup with penske so they handle billing for me. They pretended it was a misunderstanding after an hour of demanding cash payment when I got penske on the phone. Shake down. I decide to give them another chance and they said they could clear a code for us after we had a transmission service. They said they can have us in and out to come by. After 30 mins they say they are too busy to wait 3-4 hours. To clear a code. Deceptive and dishonest. Zero stars for Rico
- FDFranklin DSep 8, 20162.0Like another sad- the service staff is very professional and is the hghlight of this dealership- BUT, Its almost impossible for me to do business w Longhorn.ie: 3-4 days to do a simple PM/Oil change or very minor repair. The parking lot is stacked with at least 30 trucks in for service. I get the impression the slow pace of repairs or the short staff or the overall managment puts service writers on the spot all day every day. It cost me big$$ to rent a replacement truck while ours in in Longhorn shop, COUNT ON AT LEAST A WEEK FOR ANYTHING and likely more
