  HIGHLY RECOMMEND... going somewhere else. First fought me to not do an alignment because their mechanic said it wasn't caused by the accident, then ended up doing it once claims told them to. Then a couple months later, my car is still shaky, just to find out my truck still needed an alignment AND that they took my wheel lock key. After informing them about the issues, I never heard back. Don't go here.

  Absolute wonderful job on my car. Laura and Lexi took such great care of me. They were efficient, kind, gave consistent updates, and my car look AMAZING. The entire process was a breeze. I'm so glad I chose this location. Highly recommended!! Thank you guys so much.

  I recently encountered some hail, receiving quite a bit of damage on the hood and some on the sides of the vehicle. The attentive Ryan Connor State Farm team guided me to Gerber Collision at the N FM 620 location. The Gerber team, from Cody, the boss, to Laura, Jay and Ginger, were very accommodating and attentive throughout the process, providing updates when promised. The turn-around was much faster than expected, and the service from tip to toe was outstanding. I'll know where I want to go should I need future body repair, collision or glass services: a great team and levels of service.
