  Best automotive shop in the area. Hands down! These guys are active in the community, generous contributions to charity and good causes and always operate with respect, dignity, and transparency. Their staff is crazy friendly and the "shop dogs" have the best southern hospitality! Comfy and cozy waiting area and I was in and out in a blink!

  Exceeded My Expectations Had my 2007 Kia Sportage towed in thinking the worst (a blown engine). The technician took their time did a full and complete inspection and diagnostic test my car and found that when I had my last oil change done that an additional 2.5 quarts of oil was added. They drained the excess and now the car is running great. When they were all done they delivered my car back to my house for me. This is my new mechanic for everything and I will be sending everyone I know over.

  We have a 10 year old European brand car we use for our sales daily runner and after 2 months at the brand manufacturer dealership trying to chase down an electrical ghost to no avail we brought it back in for an oil change and asked GA&D to take a swing at figuring it out. It obviously took a couple days but they found the wires that had poor current and the sensor that were bad. OUTSTANDING!!!

  My car is 16 year old, I’ve been the only owner and I’m a little attached to her. When the engine light came on I was concerned I may have to part with her. I’ve been lucky enough to not need many repairs on this car so I wasn’t sure where to take it. I went here after seeing several people speak highly of them on a local Facebook group. They did find many things wrong with the car and that didn’t surprise me due to the age and milage so we did multiple repairs. We did need to revisit the issue a few times due to a faulty part, but they were more than fair about the price and didn’t charge me for any additional costs. They also gave me a discount on labor as a first time customer and when the part was going to take a few days I was able to borrow a loaner car. I would absolutely go back to them again.

We’ll found Genuine on line These people are amazing Told me what they can do to fix it and describe why each part is needed My car works amazingly !!!Genuine worked with me what was needed not extra unneeded This shop started working on my car as soon as I towed it to them Abbey I can’t say enough about her Polite courteous nice friendly efficient and caring What automotive repair facility do you get that service ? Usually places take your name give you price and make you feel like a number Not her Genuine makes you feel like they truly care about your needs Management trained her the right way Management put together a wonderful crew Mechanics did a wonderful job Yep Genuine is the perfect name All of these employees are not only the real thing the absolute Genuine.
