  Ivan was fantastic. He explained how everything works with our insurance, tried to give us an upgrade (we opted for better mileage over comfort due to gas prices), and took us through the inspection while providing key info about what to do if you get a flat tire, roadside assistance, who is authorized to drive, etc. Best experience at a car rental business I've ever had!

  Camryn provided excellent customer service. Communication was clear and professional, and the truck ran perfectly—it was exactly what we needed for the rental.

  Enterprise truck rentla at FM 620 has very great customer service, Ms. Cmaryn is great with all the information and following up with any issues they always have truck available with reasonable price. Truck are great to oprate without any issues. Highly recommend this place for small business
