  Rented from here through Geico. A new employee made some mistakes which caused almost $300 charges to me (though Geico supposed to pay the whole rental). The manager, Collin (not 100% sure I got the name correctly) quickly fixed the issues and removed the extra charges. I am currently dealing with a layoff, cancer and a car crash caused by a 3rd party and this great customer service meant a lot to me. Thank you!

  Allowed a 2pm appointment on Sunday just to find out they close at 2 and cancelled out the appointment after paying for an Uber to get out there

  Bought a higher tier vehicle (upgrade) then had to clean vape/smoke film off inside windshield/mirror. I do prefer enterprise to others though. Do better guys 🙏

  I felt disrespected here. There was an issue using a debit card for a one-way rental (the last time I came here it was fine) so I agreed to just bring it back to the same location. However, the manager started speaking with my rep discretely and then they said they just wouldn’t let me rent it all. They didn’t trust I would bring it back to the same location….even after they told me it wasn’t even possible. How does that even make sense? And based off of what observation of me? I’m always traveling and renting vehicles and this was the most disrespectful interaction I’ve had at a rental facility. They left me stranded in Austin that day.

  They had option online to drop the car to different location , which I choose that . When I drop the car the location , on the phone they told me I need to bring the car to their location. And he hang up the phone on my face . Poor customer service
