  Had to have the car towed next day after pick up due to transmission issues while I scrambled to find and pay someone to pick up my daughter from work.

  I was truly impressed from the second I walked in the door The lady at the front desk, which I did not catch her name greeted me even though she was helping somebody else. Brandon is the one that actually took care of me and was super nice and helpful, even though I walked in the door right before closing! And even went out of his way After closing to look for my daughter’s ID that was accidentally left in the car! Thank you so much for your patience and kindness!! Next time I need to rent a car I will definitely be coming back here!!

  This guy Brandon just didn't want to rent me a car because he didn't feel like it for sure he was racist because I'm Latino, he had my license, debit card all the necessary documents, he just didn't want me to rent, stupid service these people don't want to work. Este tipo Brandon simplemente no me quiso rentar un coche porque no le dio la gana seguro fue racista porque soy latino , tenía mi licencia, tarjeta de débito todos los documentos necesarios , simplemente no me quiso renta , estúpido servicio esta gente no quiere trabajar .

  Hannah She didn't help in any way, she just said wait and I sat and waited for her while she cleaned the car, IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!

  I had a great experience with Enterprise. The manager, Brandon, was professional and friendly, making the entire process smooth from start to finish. Any questions or concerns I had were handled quickly and with care. It’s clear this location values customer service, and that goes a long way. I’ll definitely continue using Enterprise and highly recommend them to others.
