  The overall rental experience was seamless — pickup and drop-off at Austin airport were straightforward with no shuttle needed. The one sore spot was the prepaid fuel option at checkout. Had I known it meant paying for a full tank with no credit for unused fuel, I would have declined it immediately. Was not explained fully to me. It felt like a missed opportunity for transparency that left an otherwise easy experience on a very sour note. Update: Enterprise reached out promptly and resolved the issue. Thank you!

  I'm honored to be writing the 2,501st review after a amazing experience here! As soon as we arrived, a really kind man showed us our options for a minivan, and he was so great and helpful. It took 5 minutes from arriving at enterprise to actually leaving with our car!

  Unfortunately they gave us a car without a working horn. We learned this only when we nearly got run off the road because a car merged into us and when I tried to honk to alert them, no sound was omitted. We had to swerve and brake swiftly and thankfully weren’t injured and neither were our two children despite being shaken up. Extreme negligence on this location’s part to give a vehicle with a safety issue and a dangerous vehicle.

  My Enterprise rental car had a nail stuck in the tire, right up against the sidewall, but the local branches didn’t have any available vehicles for swap. The local branches recommended trying the airport, which I did, and got a little turned around, going into a random garage and ending up at the car rental return section. Despite all the confusion, and my mounting frustration, the staff were super friendly, respectful, and helpful, they helped straighten everything out for me and set me up in a new rental in no time. Special thanks for the female staff member in the rental return line, whose name I unfortunately don’t didn’t catch, who patiently listened to my situation, helped sort and smoothen my situation out, and physically helped guide me to the right spot to park. I’m very grateful for the staff, the tire situation and getting turned around were extremely frustrating and stressful but their understanding and helpfulness was the catalyst for a bad day turning good! Great customer service!

  John was an absolute blast to work with here. While other rental companies left us high and dry, even though we had a prepaid reservation, enterprise pulled through and made sure that we got a car at a reasonable price. 10/10 customer service
