    My car smelled like cigarettes and when I tried to call to talk to them about it I was on hold for 30 minutes and so I hustled hung up.

    Terrible business practice!! Booked with booking.com and it was confirmed. They do not answer the phone- ever!! We took an Uber there as we could not reach them by phone only to be told that they tried calling us to let us know we were 20th on a waitlist and would possibly get a car in 3 days!! Why they gave availability on booking.com that confirms a car is beyond me. I will never try to rent from there again!

    I was routed through this office for a rental via insurance during repairs of my car. The employee who brought the rental to the car shop was very patient with all my questions. The return process was handled by the body shop, and even if I forgot to refill the gas I did not get any charge from the rental (granted I did not drive much, but still)
