I reserved a car online. Upon arrival to pickup rental, I was told that they do not have any cars available. They suggested I drive to the airport. Asked for the corporate number and was told in so many words that there is nothing they will do about it. I find it unacceptable that I was allowed to reserve a car that was unavailable, and to top it all off they made the most feeble effort to correct the issue by trying to send me 1 hour across town. Terrible people and terrible service. Do yourself a favor and go to Avis/Budget instead. IT is located inside of WalMart. They are friendly and efficient, unlike Enterprise. Your customer service needs work. Hold for generic Enterprise response.....
It's a good drive to get there, but it's worth it. Staff is extremely nice and most likely the only location I may use from here on when I do travel.

Jordan called me and they had received another vehicle that afternoon so he put it on hold for me. I really appreciate him making the situation right for me.
I had confirmed an online reservation, I took an uber to the location and as I’m arriving they called to tell me they have no cars. How am I able to reserve a car online and then upon arrival there are no cars?

Today, I rented a car from here online and about 5 minutes later, a man from this location called me and said that they didn't have any rentals, so don't bother coming, and hung up the phone in my face. When I called back and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, he stated that they didn't have one . Then I asked him his name, and he said he couldn't give out that information. I don't understand why people that don't know how to communicate with a respect and common sense get customer service jobs. If this is how the employees are allowed to act, I feel sorry for this business.

This was easily the worst rental car check in experience ever. The manager, Ivan, checked me in after I had been in a nasty wreck and needed a rental while insurance settles. Ivan was so unbelievably rude for the entire process. I had specifically requested a SUV and he was said he was putting me in a Camry. When I said I had requested an suv his reply was “I don’t have any suvs, I called you and said a CAR was available” -_- he then told me he’d get me a jeep compass and pulled up in ford edge. He told me he gave me a full tank of gas but when I got into the car it was on 1/4 tank.
At drop off, Jordan, was absolutely amazing and helped me get in and out as we were on the way to my sisters wedding. He was an absolute gem to work with and deserves a promotion.
