  Medicare service. The staff barely preswashes anymore. He sprayed a 1/4 of the car 😂 These kids just don't want to work for the money. Time to hire serious people.

  This car wash damaged my truck and management refuses to take responsibility. Their claim is that no other vehicles were damaged in the same day, therefore my claim is null and void - that's ridiculous. Beyond that, I paid $20+ for a car wash and my truck was still dirty afterwards. I can't recommend this place to anybody, specifically when management refuses to do the right thing.

  Would give zero if I could. Went through the car wash and literally no soap or water came out. Tracked down the employee immediately after and told her and her response was we are closed. I explained again and she came back 5 min later with a customer service number for me to call. So not only is my car dirtier now but I’m out money and have to do all the leg work to get to get it back. Absurd. Too many options for this. Never coming back

  This car wash was great when it was locally owned and operated. Then it was sold to a chain and the quality plummeted. At first, I kept my membership because I thought I could use it at any Zips location. Except it didn't work when I was passing through Texarkana on a roadtrip. I reached out to Zips about this and they gave me at free car wash...at THAT location in Texarkana! Even though they knew where I lived and I'd likely never be near that location in the foreseeable future. Gold star customer service. Membership canceled. Recently, I needed a quick wash after another trip so I popped in to buy a single wash to find it staffed by one person (there were typically three people to manage the register, car wash prep, and entry). This person was nice, but the typical scrub on the grille and rear bumper that was performed by two people was not done so I still have dead bugs caked onto the front of my "cleaned" car. There were no other cars in the queue so no rush, but it appeared to be a training issue in my eyes. They should know what parts of the car need a little extra scrub before entering the wash. Fortunately, more car washes have opened or are about to open in the area. I sincerely hope that the increased competition will raise the bar back to where it used to be.

  Discovered they signed us up for a monthly $35 membership without our knowledge. Called and they had no information on us and like others could only locate it through license plate and sort of our CC number. We had stopped using this place months ago due to the quality and smell, this further solidified that decision.
