  Over 3 hours for a single tire change... One tire... not Four.. One. Be prepared to wait. Bring Popcorn and a long movie before you arrive. No offer of ride share or loaner car despite being asked. Talked to 3 people regarding whether they had my tire in stock, and two people said no. Thankfully the second person I spoke with confirmed by putting his hand on the 7 they had in stock. If you don't have to come here because of warranty, I would most definitely go elsewhere that values your time more. Nice staff but... yeah. Lastly, I was told they would get me from the waiting area only to find out they didn't. No compensation for time. Total Wait Time: 3 hours 15 minutes

  Honestly I wish I could write a positive review, as our car (when it is running) is great. We purchased an XC60 in 2021 which worked great until the first oil change, where some mishap during service caused our engine to seize. The engine was replaced, but then at about 42k miles the evaporator has gone out so we have no AC. We were quoted $4,800.00 for the replacement. Now either this could have been a result of the earlier massive service due to the engine replacement, or just poor design of the vehicle. Either way paying what turns out to be a $100.00 fee to use AC seems out of line. Hopefully I'm the exception not the rule, but I can't imagine anyone going through what I've been through and having a positive experience.

  My family was in the market for a new car so we stopped by Volvo of Austin. Though we ended up going with a different car (we needed more room) we had a five-star experience. Our salesman, Aaron, was very attentive and persistent in trying to get us the best deal possible! We couldn’t recommend this dealership enough!

  Scheduled an appointment and was told I could wait in the lobby while my car was serviced. When I arrive to my appointment, I was told this couldn't be done today. I don't live near this location but drove all the way here because they said my car could be serviced today. I should have just kept my appoint at Austin location. The front desk receptionist was on her personal phone and looked like she had just gotten out of bed. Bad service!

  I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Volvo XC40 from Andrew Holzgrove at Volvo Cars of Austin and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and efficient, which made buying the car genuinely enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, honest, and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Andrew. Great experience all around and my daughters love the XC40!
