  Fast and friendly service with knowledgeable techs that know how to do the job right. Great shop communication between techs to make sure everyone is on the same page. They are transparent with their work and will explain to you what's needed without being pushy on their up-sells. Highly recommend coming here for your oil changes.

  I just got a straightforward oil change but Gio was super helpful walking me through suggested maintenance without putting on too much pressure, all while managing two lanes at once as an employee was out sick. Was impressed with his service and professionalism while dealing with a stressful situation so had to give him a shoutout!

  Carmelo was awesome and so was the team! It was one of the fastest and most professional oil changes I’ve experienced in a long time and the guys were very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

  If I could rate this experience less than one star, I would. I paid $100 and was refused the entire services that were supposed to be provided after waiting for nearly an hour. AFTER trying to upsell me on all of their overpriced add-ons I was informed that they would not be changing my oil filter and suggested I go to their competitor to do so. Then they attempted to convince me that it wasn't necessary to change the oil filter, like I was stupid. When I asked if it was still going to be the same price for the partial service I was told it was like I was ignorant for asking. I then clarified that I didn't really have a choice in the matter seeing as they had already gone too far in the process for me to actually a make a choice of my own, to which he again confirmed Yes. My issue is NOT that they were unable to complete the job, but they were AWARE they wouldn't be able to and continued the process to point where I had not other choice but to finish out the service with them insufficiently, as it was NOT going to be completed as originally understood and agreed upon. This is a prime example of LAZINESS, MANIPULATION and TAKING ADVANTAGE of Customers. After this HORRIBLE experience, I did drive down the street to the competitor suggested to me by them which was Jiffy Lube, where every employee there was BEYOND helpful, kind, considerate and informative. I will NEVER go to Valvoline due to their arrogance, manipulation and unprofessionalism but Jiffy Lube now has a lifelong customer.

  Copied the text: They had a line and moved quickly through it. I have been several times and the fact Valvoline publishes I do preventative maintenance and keeps a record makes my car value higher than others if I choose to sell. The fact that when you check my mileage you have factory recommendations that add value to my car. And the fact I can sit in my car and not get out and having to wait in a weird room with strangers is great. You guys have a great business don’t change a thing.
