I was preparing for a trip to the northeast and was concerned about freezing washers. (Edit) Adding context from previous visit) I got my oil changed there a week or so before, and wanted my tires rotated for my trip. The bay (1), had a broken lift. The other bays had several cars in line, and if there was a sign indicating the lift was broken, it would have saved me the second trip for tire rotation as I could have chosen a different bay for service. I don't fault the guys there, it's more of a suggestion for improvement.

This person was very in tune with everything from the beginning to end, his skill, customer service etiquette, and providing me with good information on my car. In the past I've taken my car to Jiffy Lube or Firestone, but your employees did such a good job i will become a Valvoline customer. Great customer service reflects on good management. Thank you
- TSThomas ShafferDec 15, 20251.0I was in their bay for over an hour!! I only go in if I see there’s not a wait so I didn’t go when they were slammed. They popped my hood and checked my battery and then I waited like 20 minutes before anyone even talked to me. Then more waiting til they started the oil change. They did the oil change, took away the thing that I think sucks out the oil and then I just sat there for 20 minutes. I assumed there was more to be done but I was waiting for a while. Then I realized employees were just meandering around. Saw one employee just walking around, randomly tapping on equipment and staring off. I called him over to check what was going on Me: hey how am I looking? Him: ……..in terms of what? Me: of being done? Him: *shocked and flustered* uh um I…um…we’re waiting for the….bottom side guy to check his thingies And then he immediately closed me out and let me leave. So I just sat there for 20 minutes waiting on nothing while there’s a line building up behind me? Come on. Made a formal complaint with corporate and they helped me out but I’m rescheduling things in my day to make up for the fact that this took so much longer than expected.
