They apologized for being short staffed the day I had my oil changed, but I never would have known based on the way they were hustling around getting me out of there in about 15 minutes or so. My dad recommended them to me and I will be recommending to others as well!

- JRJacob RobbinsNov 6, 20251.0With all other bays occupied I was aware I was going to be waiting for some time while other customers were being serviced. 35 minutes passed without any employee acknowledging me aside from pointing and laughing at me. Not 5 mins after two other customers show up, the employees run outside to them and ask what services they need. The two individuals were escorted into the bays despite me being there prior. This place picks and chooses who they want to service, noticeably older patrons which tells me they might be taking advantage of them. A shame as I exclusively use Val but this location is a must avoid at all cost. Not worth the trip here as you run the risk of not being acknowledged let alone helped. Note: After checking more reviews it appears this location also has a habit of not doing the service they are being paid to do. Particularly scamming female/elderly customers. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Definitely worth a report to the Better Business Bureau to ensure they are not scamming their customers.
