- RBRamon BentonJul 10, 20251.0I was standing in line behind an African American gentleman, waiting to be called next, and there was a Mexican, who had just walked up... Instead of Christian calling me to the counter, he called the Mexican, and was forced to go after him. While it was happening, I was telling the Mexican and Cristian that I was next. Of course the Mexican was amused, however, Christian TOTALLY ignored what I was saying and like a robot reading from a professional script, he continued scanning my products. Although he was ACTING professional, his actions were rude. I'm not sure if Christian is Mexican and that's why he did it or if he's racist...perhaps BOTH, but he's definitely getting two thumbs down.

Two of these visits were in the same day, hours apart, and during the second visit the tea was the same. I told the cashier both times and it was still wrong. Leaving now not purchasing anything because it was wrong for the third time. Maybe I’ll stick to the other locations until they figure it out. Bathrooms were also gross.
