At first the girl working was nice enough but then she told me they didn't have any furniture blankets that we had pre-ordered (2 dozen) for our vintage furniture... When I asked why and what the point of ordering them online was she just said corporate hasn't sent any. Then asked if I'd just like the truck and everything cancelled of it really going to work, like on moving day it's a good idea to try to get another truck elsewhere. Very unhelpful! Didn't offer any help or way to rectify the situation so I had to go spend $120 at home Depot to buy some... The trucks are always decent but this really put me off to Penske, which I have is for about 5 moves on the last 7 years...
