I trust them when they tell me something needs to be fixed, whereas at most places I worry that I'm being taken advantage of for not being super knowledgeable about cars (as a woman, iykyk). Russ really did an outstanding job helping me today. He explained everything thoroughly and even showed me what he was talking about on my car. I believe he recently stepped into the GM position, and he appears to be handling it with ease. Thank you NTB for all you guys do, I will definitely be back (but hopefully not too soon)!
- ACAmanda CevallosDec 17, 20255.0I had nails in almOST all of my tires. Came in w a spare and a low tire and Russ greeted me and was extremely helpful. He communicated what was going on and what they were doing and it all went smoothly. Within 30 minutes or so, my car was back to normal! Tires are all in working condition. They took ALL of the nails out of all my tires. I had quite a few… they put my tire back on. And it was all FREE! I got all new tires w them in May and it’s December and they still handled it for me free of charge!! Im amazed and so incredibly impressed by how well I was taken care of. 10 out of 10! I highly recommend NTB.
