  I had such a great experience here, seriously the best customer service I’ve ever had at a tire shop. They got me in and out incredibly fast without cutting any corners, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, and made the whole process completely stress-free. It’s rare to find a place that combines efficiency with this level of care, but they absolutely nailed it. I won’t be going anywhere else!

  I just want to give a huge shoutout to Russell and the team at Mavis. Ever since Russell has been there, you can really see how far the shop has come. The service, professionalism, and overall experience have improved so much. Russell always takes care of me and gives me great prices, and that’s hard to find these days. It’s rare to find someone you can truly trust with your vehicle, but I know every time I come here that Russell and Mavis will take care of me and whatever my car needs. If you’re looking for honest service and people who genuinely care about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

  I recently came in for an oil change at NBT Tire Shop and had a great experience thanks to Russel . His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Cesar was the tech changing the oil and was very on point with his work and clearly takes pride in what he does. He worked efficiently, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s always nice to see someone who cares about doing a good job and treating customers well.

  Service by “general manager,” Russell was terrible. I didn't appreciate the “Sir, I am the general manager,” comment made me feel as if he had to let me know his job title then he really isn’t qualified for the position rather just be the GM. I was on a warranty for battery replacement and charged $318 for a new battery replacement an was never informed of the installation prior to it being completed, when my warranty was still within the 2 year period. I politely asked if they could put my battery back in, and I’ll go to the original location in Cedar Park who installed the battery. The GM over there Justin was awesome, and went above and beyond my satisfaction. Super grateful for him and his team.

From the moment I walked in, he was knowledgeable, transparent, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain my options clearly and helped me find high-quality tires at a competitive price without any pressure or upselling. I was in and out quickly, and the entire team was professional, kind, and efficient. The shop itself was clean and well-organized, which immediately gave me confidence in their work. As a woman, I’ve unfortunately had past car service experiences where I felt overcharged or taken advantage of due to not having extensive automotive knowledge. This experience was completely different. Russel treated me with respect, honesty, and integrity. I could truly tell he was coming from the heart and went out of his way to make sure I was getting the best value for what I needed. I deeply appreciate businesses that operate with transparency and care. If you’re looking for trustworthy service and fair pricing, I highly recommend asking for Russel at NTB. I will absolutely be returning.
